40-page DiSC report and 45/60 min debrief to help recognise the characteristic traits of each behavioural style. Identify your own style, recognise other styles and how to best communicate with them. For teams of 6 or more please book a workshop

DiSC WORKSHOP  £250 + £49 each report 

A virtual 2/3 hour workshop including DiSC reports for between 6 and 12 team members. Includes the same as DiSC Assessment plus insights into the team style and how to maximise team performance 
 
Face-to-face workshops also available and can easliy accommodate larger teams, please reach out with your requirements

Tailored workshops can be customised to suit the business. Either as a follow up or deep dive into areas of interest - Hiring, Sales, Customer Service, Productivity, Team Building, Motivation, Delegation, Coaching etc. These normally happen after a DiSC Assesment or a DiSC Workshop

WHAT IS DISC? 

DiSC is a simple, practical, easy to remember and universally applicable model. Based on the research of Dr. William Moulton Marston, DiSC is the most widely-used behaviour identification tool of its kind, supported by decades of research and continuous validation. It focuses on individual patterns of external, observable behaviours and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness for each of the four styles.
